The project was a collaboration between three TEAP registrars, one from each specialty, RPS, DIMP & ROMP. We created a pilot multi-source feedback survey that Registrars could use to assess their 'soft' skills especially those who interact with patients. The pilot survey was successful with positive feedback, and it is now a component of the TEAP.
