Ecushla is a Senior Project Officer within Health Translation SA and is responsible for work that enables supports a Learning Health System in SA, particularly data-driven healthcare.  She is also holds the title of Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Adelaide.

Ecushla has a PhD in Medicine with broad experience in both basic science and health services research, as well as financial and not-for-profit operations & management. Her recent research was translated into a tool to support the multi-disciplinary diagnosis and management of functional gut disorders through a partnership with the Gastroenterological Society of Australia.
She is passionate about building effective cross-sector partnerships to develop solutions and strategies that improve people’s health and wellbeing.
