Research Focus

Jacqueline is a bioinformatician with the leukaemia research group. She completed her PhD in 2023 investigating bioinformatic methods for variant detection and subtype classification in acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). Her current research focuses on identifying novel disease drivers in ALL and understanding the impact of co-occurring mutations on disease.
