With an interest in health policy and program implementation, Katharine works on translating research to improve the quality of health services and health systems for Aboriginal people in South Australia. Katharine works across a range of research platforms and the continuum of care for Aboriginal people at risk of or living with chronic disease, in particular centred around heart disease and stroke. Katharine is currently completing her PhD exploring cardiovascular protective and risk factors for Aboriginal women in South Australia and Central Australia. She holds a Master of Health Economics and Policy from the University of Adelaide.
