Michelle Lorimer is the Centre Manager at the Registry of Senior Australians (ROSA) Research Centre at SAHMRI. She oversees the core operations of the Centre, including administrative, financial, ethics, and data governance functions.
Previously, Michelle served as the Acting Senior Manager, Registry Science at SAHMRI, where she directed the design, implementation and delivery of data management, statistical analysis and reporting for the Australian Orthopaedic Association National Joint Replacement Registry (AOANJRR).
With formal training in statistics, Michelle has provided high‑level statistical expertise to both the AOANJRR and the Australasian Transcatheter Valve Therapies (ATVT) Registry. She has played a key role in the development and success of multiple data linkage initiatives, international multi‑registry collaborations and registry‑embedded clinical trials.
