Abstract
The syndrome of painful legs and moving toes is an uncommon condition causing distressing leg pain and is recognised chiefly by the characteristic involuntary movements. This case report describes an unusual unilateral clinical presentation, which led to a delay in diagnosis. Copyright (C) 1999 International Association for the Study of Pain.
