Abstract

Corneal grafts placed in inflamed and vascularized recipient eyes will frequently undergo graft rejection. The purpose of this study was to examine whether corneal leukocytes prepared from inflamed and vascular corneas by enzymatic disaggregation would be capable of functioning as antigen-presenting cells.
